Rothe House Conservation Plan Public Consultation

The document guiding the management and care of one of Kilkenny’s most important tourism and heritage sites is currently being updated. The current Rothe House conservation plan is thirteen years old. As part of the process there will be two open door consultation sessions where members of the public can drop in and talk about what they think is important about Rothe House and how it should be managed in the future. Liam Mannix of Rothe House Trust and the Heritage Council will be available to meet anyone who wishes to hear about the plan’s development and give their views. The open door sessions will be held between 1-4pm on both Thursday, February 23rd and Friday, February 24th

The venue is the vacant room behind Rothe House’s arched arcade. If you can’t make it but still wish to give your point of view please email Liam
